Straits of Mackinac • July 22 – 23 and August 19 – 20, 2017

Join us on our trip to Mackinac for some great wreck diving! The 148 square miles of the Straits of Mackinac Underwater Preserve is located at the northern tip of two of the Great Lakes, Lake Michigan, and Lake Huron. The five-mile-long Mackinac Bridge, which links Michigan’s upper and lower peninsulas, marks the boundary between these two lakes, splitting the preserve in half. We have trips going July 22nd-23rd and August 19th-20th.

Why should you go?

The Straits have always had a reputation as a dangerous area for ships. This makes the Straits home to some incredible shipwrecks that are phenomenal for diving. Discover and explore amazing shipwrecks such as the Cedarville a steel steamer, the Eber Ward a wood steamer, the Maitland a schooner, and many other incredible wrecks.
